Medical Cannabis in Georgia?

What You Need to Know:

The Georgia medical cannabis landscape is a complex one. Despite being an early adopter of legalization on paper, the state’s program lags behind others. At present, Georgia grants patients access to low-THC oil instead of dry flower.

As of early 2023, Georgia finalized its rules governing the sales of low-THC cannabis. That marks a significant step in the state’s evolving journey toward cannabis accessibility.

What does that mean for you? It means you can qualify for medical cannabis in Georgia. Download the MJCard App today to get started.
